inconsistent stay, some hits, some misses
poor quality grilled fish
the breakfast buffet had many healthy options.
The line fish i ordered for lunch was not good. It seemed like it was quickly thawed and over grilled (i think it was hake). the chef did not seem concerned.

the grounds are very nice. morning walks were a highlight and the cycling trail was also enjoyable. the staff members are kind and helpful. i find the estate very relaxing.
i found that the food was not good and expensive. the portions were tiny, which i don't like. the ingredients tasted like poor quality and was not properly prepared. the light also floods into the rooms very early.

The main restaurant breakfast was AMAZING!!! The options were diverse. The rooms are immaculate with white linen. The staff standards were really good!
