the room upgrade was nice, it meant i got a swim up room. dinner was good and reception staff were very polite. the hotel is a short distance from the airport. i got transport arranged and had no issues.
i noticed ants crawling around the room, it was not a big issue but a bit annoying.

the hotel has a clean pool area. the dinner service was efficient and the food was fresh. i saw a small gym available, this included basic equipment.

the location was near the beach.
the service was a problem. the staff was not very flexible when i asked to extend my stay by a few hours before my flight. they claimed to be fully booked, but i could easily book a room online. it reminded me of they just wanted to charge me the full room price.

The breakfast options were really disappointing! the food tasted cheap, and the coffee was basically undrinkable. the hotel really needs to improve the breakfast quality. It was a major letdown. also, the housekeeping wasn't consistent. one day, they took our towels and didn't replace them. VERY frustrating!
