The hotel's location near the airport was convenient. My room was spacious. The hotel provided free bicycles for exploring nearby areas, including the airplane viewpoint and 7/11. The staff were friendly .
The vegan options at the hotel restaurant were limited. I had difficulty finding varied choices for breakfast and dinner.

The rooms have great features! The television included apps like Netflix and YouTube, very convenient. The internet worked with no issues, a true benefit. I found the room to be quite large.
The design of the hotel feels quite longitudinal. It made for a very long walk to the reception.

The staff seemed overwhelmed. i requested extra towels and waited hours. I eventually collected them myself. the breakfast buffet seemed chaotic. tables were uncleared, and food stations were messy. this made relaxing by the pool almost impossible. constant drilling and hammering.
