The resort has a beautiful design, and the staff ensured high cleanliness standards. the location is directly on the beach, made access easy. i appreciated the different pool options. It allows for various activities .

The room included a spacious bathroom with a separate shower and bathtub. a king-size bed provided great comfort, and the balcony offered a nice seating area. the provided amenities added convenience. A coffee maker and a well-stocked minibar were available.

the breakfast was amazing and had good variety. house cleaning did a excellent job. i wouldn't hesitate to return to this location.
the check in staff upgraded us to a family suite. the suite was very old in style and had a bit of smell. i guess it was not refurbished for long and seldom had guests using the room.

The check-in process was slow. I waited longer than expected. my room had a slight musty smell (it was a superior garden view king). also, the beach club prices seemed high for hotel guests as other resorts offer it for free.

The breakfast offered many choices. I found the resort very clean. The pools were nice to use. Beach access was straightforward.
The hotel staff needed to check my room before returning the deposit. This caused a slight delay during check-out.

The staff smiled to us all the time. They offered a free upgrade to a high category room. Staff provided a surprise birthday cake . I felt very appreciated.

the hotel has excellent beach access and several pools. restaurants are just outside, and a shop operates 24 hours. the rooms were spacious (i had a great night's sleep).
the hotel's dinner buffet felt overpriced considering the variety of options.
