The check-in process was slow. I waited longer than expected. my room had a slight musty smell (it was a superior garden view king). also, the beach club prices seemed high for hotel guests as other resorts offer it for free.

The breakfast offered many choices. I found the resort very clean. The pools were nice to use. Beach access was straightforward.
The hotel staff needed to check my room before returning the deposit. This caused a slight delay during check-out.

The staff smiled to us all the time. They offered a free upgrade to a high category room. Staff provided a surprise birthday cake . I felt very appreciated.

the hotel has excellent beach access and several pools. restaurants are just outside, and a shop operates 24 hours. the rooms were spacious (i had a great night's sleep).
the hotel's dinner buffet felt overpriced considering the variety of options.
