the location near the beachfront is awesome. tea and coffee facilities in the room were really convenient. the two outdoor pools were a total win especially that one of them is heated!
i went with friends, and the lights went out for the entire hotel one night. it was only restored except on the 3rd floor, frustrating. i didn't receive information about the restoration timeline unless i inquired.

I found the rooms impeccably clean and beautifully decorated! Every comfort was thought of. The buffet breakfast had so many choices. The cappuccino was the best I have had outside of Italy. I enjoyed tapas at the main restaurant. The food was wonderful.
The pool was very deep, less suitable for children.

The staff was friendly and cute. They couldn't do enough for us. I received a very detailed explanation about the available drinks. The team had focus on customer satisfaction!

The gym had the latest Technogym machines, so keeping up with a fitness routine was easy. There is a rooftop bar with a pool, which has a great ambience. This hotel offers really good cleanliness.

the location near the beachfront proved excellent. the hotel maintains high standards of cleanliness throughout. the staff worked hard to. the welcome drink offered a selection of wine and beer.
the connecting doors between rooms do not stay open easily, making movement slightly inconvenient.
