decent stay with some issues.
room cleanliness weak wifi
the sea view from the room was acceptable.
The room's cleanliness was subpar. I noticed dust and the floor looked unswept. the wifi signal was weak and inconsistent in my room. it was difficult to get any work done.

The staff were very helpful. I received good tour advice. The breakfast was also good. I appreciated the salt water swimming pools with a pool bar.
I found the pools were open to the public in addition to residents. It made the place packed with locals. There was very little chance to get a sun bed. I also experienced no internet at all, even though the front desk tried to resolve this

excessively salty disappointing food
The breakfast selection offered a good variety of options.
The restaurant food was disappointing, especially the truffle pasta. I found it excessively salty (i could barely eat it).

solid seaside stay
airport taxi friendly staff huge pools
i stayed one night to visit herculaneum. THE hotel arranged a taxi from the airport, which helped. i walked from the hotel to the ruins, it took twenty minutes. The staff were friendly, and the pools are huge.
the area was not great. It was like living in a gigantic ghetto. i did not feel safe leaving the hotel unless in a car. The beds seemed like sleeping on the floor.

the receptionists were helpful with directions. Concierge service was available. Staff ensured luggage assistance. Every request was addressed promptly and efficiently with smile.
