heated floorweak air conditioningrude receptionist
the heated floor in the bathroom was a nice feature.
The air conditioning was weak. I barely felt any airflow and the room was uncomfortably hot. i asked the staff for help, but one receptionist was very rude and dismissed my concerns.

The air conditioning in my room was weak, barely noticeable. It was uncomfortably hot, and i had to ask staff to fix it. They claimed no one had reported this before, a claim i found dubious (as other guests had complained).

the breakfast was a disappointment. i found the a la carte menu limited and portions were small. there were a lack of vegetables and no decaffeinated coffee available without extra charge. the room's view was also undesirable as it faced other buildings.
