the staff member was friendly. location was favorable because it was a short walk to the city center. i liked the coffee machine that was always available. the automatic coffee machine was useful.
the room weren't cleaned regularly. i was surprised by the extra charge for the lotion. i would've liked complimentary lotion. the room seemed small, considering the price.

i loved how easy it was to check in and out using my phone the design felt fresh and modern. the staff was friendly and always ready to help. breakfasts were a definite highlight each morning it was a total blast to try new things and start the day off right. i especially liked the free bike rental it was so fun to explore the area!
the ac didn't seem to cool the room down enough during the day i noticed it struggled to keep up when it was sunny outside

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. i also appreciated free coffee in the lobby. the gym was also available with treadmills and weights. We used it. it met our expectations. the staff was very kind.
