newly refurbished hotel clean space helpful staff
the room was newly refurbished. it was a great, clean space. the hotel provides complimentary teas and coffees. breakfast was excellent, i really enjoyed it. the staff are helpful.

scruffy paintwork filthy fan
The breakfast was quite good with a decent selection.
I found scruffy paintwork in the bedroom. The extraction fan in the ensuite was filthy. I had expected better maintenance for the price. These issues significantly detracted from the overall experience.

leaking shower overpriced breakfast
the location was acceptable, close to shops.
the room had issues. the shower was leaking and it made a mess on the floor. also, the breakfast felt overpriced for what you get, a simple toast would of been nice.
