The breakfast was quite good with a decent selection.

I found scruffy paintwork in the bedroom. The extraction fan in the ensuite was filthy. I had expected better maintenance for the price. These issues significantly detracted from the overall experience.

the location was acceptable, close to shops.

the room had issues. the shower was leaking and it made a mess on the floor. also, the breakfast felt overpriced for what you get, a simple toast would of been nice.
