fantastic experience in the city center
convenient transportationspacious suitehelpful staff
The location is really good with shops, bars, and restaurants nearby. Streetcars are very close and the river is a short walk. Airport bus transportation is easy to reach. The suite was spacious with a friendly helpful staff.
The maintenance of the facilities is not the best, i found many lights and outlets in the room that didn't work.

Staff held onto luggage after check out. The staff was attentive watching the door. They buzzed me in quickly even when my hands were full. Check-in and check-out were efficient.

The suite felt more like a one bedroom apartment with ample space. The room allowed uninterrupted sleep. The ac system was effective. I had a great bed in my room

the location was pretty good for exploring. staff were friendly and helpful. the free walking tour offered on sunday morning was a nice bonus. it helped us to get our bearings when we first arrived.
the level of service was not amazing . our air conditioning wasn't working properly and there was a strange moldy smell. i had to move rooms immediately, with no assistance. the replacement room had a big roach.

The location was really great. I attended a convention at the Marriott next door. Many places to eat were within walking distance.
The room had a smell. the cable kept going out at night. It was very annoying
