helpful staff super service
Bob, on the beach, really helped me get chairs. vincent was amazing too. He was super funny and helpful. wilner was also great.. our stay was super fun and worth it.

The beach service was really amazing. Lou and Ewrin at the beach provided an amazing service. Our beach setup was seamless and the food and beverage service was prompt. It was on point.
The room was not as clean as I expected. Hairs were all over the bathroom when I checked in. The bedside tables needed cleaning and I think it is too much money to feel the room is dirty.

the hotel has direct access to the beach, i was so excited. chairs, beds, and umbrella service were available . the pools were clean and provided enough space for every guest.

excellent location fresh towels
the location is great for walking to meals and accessing the beach. i found the staff very helpful and attentive. brian provided fresh towels quickly after it rained. the hotel's location offered easy access to nearby attractions.
