The location was great and clean. the staff was really friendly. the gym has nice equipment and the rooms are spacious. I liked that. i had quick access to everything i needed. It was a very comfortable visit.
I didn't receive any assistance with my luggage. The hotel seems too large. it appears impossible to easily reach the reception desk. Therefore, i couldn't request help with luggage.

The staff offered fast check-in at the reception, and they were available at the concierge desk. room service delivered quickly. It always arrived within thirty minutes of ordering. the staff was consistently courteous.

the plant house staff made breakfast special daily. valentina, yadina, and giancarlo displayed kindness and beautiful energy! natalie in room service delivered an impromptu late-night order. she left a heartfelt note the next day! mickey at concierge provided great customer service. the valet staff accommodated frequent vehicle movements with fun energy.
i noticed that housekeeping services occasionally required a reminder, a minor inconvenience.

I was disappointed by the condition of the room upon arrival. Some furniture pieces had visible stains, and there was dust in corners I found this unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber.

The hotel had a great location near the beach. The rooms were large and well-appointed. The rooftop pool and restaurant are amazing. I made sure not to miss them. Three pools and a beach club offered a wide variety.
I noticed the valet caused a chip in the windshield of a rental car.
