Decent Location. Issues with Service

incorrect informationpoor customer care
The hotel advertises 24-hour room service, however, it wasn't offered when I arrived late, annoying. I was only told about crisps, biscuits, and fruit, not the full menu. How peculiar. The breakfast information was also wrong. They told me it ended earlier, so I could have slept in a bit longer. Customer care was not great considering the difficult day I had. I expect more.
