The staff were AMAZING! Every single person from reception to the bar were friendly. They helped me and ensured my stay was perfect. The food at breakfast was delicious, REALLY delicious and it set me up perfectly for my day ahead.

Acceptable But With Issues

nice gymdisorganized breakfastworn furniture
The gym offered a nice way to unwind.
The room was too warm, even with the radiators off. Staff seemed disinterested. I watched one member ignore customers while occupied with a phone. Breakfast service was disorganized. The rooms clearly need updating with stained carpets and worn furniture.
