studio easily sleeps three with its sofa bed. the front desk staff, they were so friendly and helpful. the apartment had a fridge and coffeemaker, very convenient. i found the water pressure in shower just right.

The location was really good for exploring the waterfront area! Public transport access was very easy too. The room had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Ordering food was quick, also very easy.
The room lacked a warm, cozy feel, and I thought complimentary tea and coffee should be included.

I appreciated the convenient location near the city center and Lime Street Station. all staff were very kind and understanding. the breakfast was tasty. My sons especially loved the pancakes. the hotel was very clean and spacious. arriving early from ireland for a football match, i was kinda surprised to get immediate room access.
i noticed the beds were quite squeaky.
