the breakfast had a nice choice of options. majall, our receptionist, was really helpful and always laughing. i think he was a messer. the staff were so nice and helped out all the time when my wife had altitude sickness. they provided oxygen tanks.
the check-in process was lengthy. the receptionists were quite slow and messy. i needed to cancel a reservation and upgrade to a double room, but since the receptionist hadnt blocked the room eventually my mother had to take a single. the rooms gets very little natural light.

uneven mattressearly morning noise
I stayed in a room facing the road. The racket began around 4 a.m. when tours started. I could hear every conversation outside the gate, it was charming. My mattress must have been designed for acrobats. The surface was uneven. I didn't sleep a wink.
