the staff was very cute i received a little tour at check-in. the breakfast was amazing the eggs were perfect and the coffee was great.
some surfaces had hair from the previous guest i needed to ask for cleaning.

I was excited to see the airport shuttle worked like a charm! the hotel also has a fantastic view over the city, i really enjoyed that. breakfast had a great menu. I could choose from different options, it was all so tasty!
Some surfaces in my room definitely needed a wipe! i noticed hair and debris from a previous guest, ew. the pool had some rust stains. I also saw some dead bugs floating in it. the bed also wasn't that comfortable, to be honest.

The view was certainly amazing. the breakfast menu included many choices, a definite plus. the staff offered help with directions. This was appreciated.
the pool displayed rust stains in several areas. i also noted the towels felt a bit worn. some fixtures in the bathroom seemed loose.

the apartment was spacious with large windows. it provided a beautiful view. the location is aptly named bello horizonte.
the plumbing did not work properly, and the faucets were loose. i was told not to flush any toilet paper. apparently, it is allegedly the same everywhere in costa rica, but i do not believe that.

the staff offered recommendations and ordered a taxi when i needed it.
the mini fridge made humming noises all night. the towels looked threadbare. rust stained the pool's surfaces though the view was acceptable.
