monika the manager really helped us out during our entire stay! the room and pool area are super clean and well kept. i found that the hotel had a great location close to the main strip. the staff were very friendly and efficient and i appreciate their attention to detail.
it was slightly annoying that the gym was closed for maintenance , impacting my fitness routine.

the hotel features a lovely pool area with comfortable loungers ideal. there are also umbrellas to provide shade. i noticed the location of the sun lounge area offers great sea views, which adds to the peaceful atmosphere.

mixed feelings about the stay
constant noisepersistent smell
i found some aspects disappointing. the noise from nearby bars persisted until 2 am (it was really disruptive). the constant smell from the bar's food fans was horrible. i wish they had addressed these issues better.

the staff were very nice. the pool we find perfect especially for kids with depth levels.
our apt no 1112 had a balcony directly facing a 3 metre high concrete wall. sun never shone onto it. when we complained, we were told that we booked a standard room. it was a bad decision on my behalf.

The location is EXCELLENT! It is very close to shops, restaurants, and the beach. The swimming pool was a good size. I appreciated the different sunbathing areas available. The views were fine.
My apartment had a balcony directly facing a three-meter high concrete wall. Sun never reached it. The complex is at the top of a steep hill. I consider this a bad decision on my behalf.

the hotel location offer great access to the main strip and the beach. i found the apartment well-equipped with all essential amenities. the complex had a nice, quiet atmosphere, something i appreciate a lot. i observed staff was friendly and always willing to help.
i noticed the wifi access required an extra fee, which i felt was a bit of a letdown, especially given the hotel rating.
