the location proved convenient for accessing various points of interest.

The room showed its age, it was disappointing. the bathroom fixtures looked worn and not well kept. adding to my frustration, i found the air conditioning to be ineffective. It seemed to be centrally controlled, which resulted in a very uncomfortable night.

The breakfast included a varied selection. the family room size was suitable for us. i liked the fridge available in the family room. It was very convenient. the rooftop pool and bar gave lovely views.

i found that the gym equipment was not of the highest standard!

the staff was lovely and very helpful . the rooftop offered fine views and a nice pool area. the beds were comfortable and my room was spacious with all advertised amenities. i found no faults and was happy with everything provided.

the hallways showed minor wear and tear, yet it was not a big issue.

the location worked well (it was convenient). the staff was very helpful and courteous. i especially appreciated the attentiveness at the front desk. the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options and it was plentiful.

the spa was not functioning. i booked it expecting spa facilities, so that was disappointing. i also found the carpets a bit dirty and the bathtub felt old. old towels were present in the room.
