Check-in was streamlined and efficient. The staff was multilingual and provided assistance. I appreciated the design of the rooms. The bed was comfortable, and I slept soundly. The hotel breakfast offered various choices, I particularly enjoyed the fresh pastries and coffee. Housekeeping maintained a high level of cleanliness throughout my stay.

The reception staff were super friendly and helpful. the rooms were pleasant and clean with all the necessary amenities. i loved the restaurant and its basic choices. The waiting staff was excellent. the location was really good with easy access to transportation.
i found the check-in process a little slow, it felt a bit weird overall.

The breakfast was presented as a big buffet. it lacked anything special. the automatic espresso machine did not even make decent coffee. also, i was disturbed by an employee entering my room without permission . it definitely shook my confidence in the hotel's security.
