I enjoyed the room with a balcony. the hotel provided a complimentary shuttle bus to town. It saved a steep climb. i found the staff helpful. the hotel's cleanliness was amazing (it was super clean!).
the gym equipment was a little dated, but otherwise, i had a wonderful stay.

i was so thrilled with my 'superior double or twin room sea view'! the room was super clean , and it felt spacious. the sea view was awesome from my balcony! i really appreciated the hotel shuttle , since it gave me super reliable transport into town.
one minor thing, i noticed some areas could use a little refreshing.

The hotel food was excellent and plentiful.. The complimentary bus service to the town was a fabulous bonus. Our room had beautiful decoration and amazing views. I felt very welcomed.
The air conditioning in the room did not go below 23 degrees. I tried turning it lower, but it turned off. The staff gave us a plaster and sent us away, totally unhelpful as it was a very deep cut.

Michele P was a friendly waiter, and I appreciated his attentive service. The hotel was very clean. I enjoyed the pool and the beautiful view. I definitely plan to return.

The staff was attentive. They addressed every request promptly. Our room included a smart TV, very useful. Breakfast offered a huge pot of americano coffee, I appreciated it. The hotel provided a complimentary shuttle bus service into town (it was very convenient).
I noticed a slight struggle to find three sunbeds together near the pool.

The hotel features a generously sized pool and evening music on the balcony. This enhances the overall experience. There are good parking facilities for those travelling with their own vehicles. the hotel is clean and quiet.

Breakfast was good (i loved the coffee). The hotel had a large pot of americano coffee, not just a machine. The flexibility to move our meal to either lunchtime or evening was very convenient. There were plenty of dietary options every evening at the restaurant.

Every member of staff was fantastic. From reception to the gardeners, cleaners, pool, and restaurant personnel. The restaurant staff were great our expectations . They provided a personal touch and nothing seemed like too much trouble.
