The room was appointed well and comfortable. it was quiet at night, nice for easy sleep. the staff members seemed very friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions about local transportation. public transport made it easy to explore the city.
the hotel billed me twice for my accommodation. it took a while to get the issue resolved, and i had to contact multiple parties, including my credit card company.

the staff seemed ready to assist with any needs. the restaurant manager, michael, maintained a pleasant atmosphere during breakfast. he ensured everything was available and the service was attentive.

The room I got was very spacious, a big plus. Public transport was also very close, made getting around easy. Maria, the receptionist, was a lovely lady, really cute. Breakfast was pretty good too!
They cleaned the room every day, but the carpet never got vacuumed. After a few days, it felt quite dirty. The room also had a slight stinky odor- the carpet should be changed. The room needed to be painted.

Breakfast has really excellent choices! The bus to the city center is so easy to catch, and parking is available. I found a supermarket just 200 meters away, a very convenient distance. I discovered the tram stop only 200 meters from the hotel.
The traffic noise from my street-facing room was noticeable at times. Otherwise, it was ideal.
