Ozkan was courteous. The staff members were knowledgeable and attentive. The service throughout the hotel was AMAZING!!! The team accommodated every request I had. The facilities like the pool and fitness center were modern.
I noticed some slight dust balls in my room. The used glasses were not replaced one day, but this was quickly resolved upon request.
