Really good stay

The room was notably spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The hotel has an amazing spa area with multiple pools and saunas. I found the staff to be genuinely helpful and willing to assist with any requests. I received an upgrade to a suite with a private sauna (which was excellent!).
I noticed the breakfast service was a bit underwhelming, and some hot items were served cold.

The room was large and very clean. The staff was both kind and helpful. I found the housekeeping professional, thanks to Mr Nuray (i really appreciate it!).
I did find that there is nothing else close to it, requiring taxi rides.

I was upgraded to a pool suite, amazing. this large suite included a private sauna and zen garden with a private outdoor pool. i appreciate the spa facilities. Free access is already a plus. the staff was great. The food is really good too.
the room i had required better cleaning. i saw dust everywhere.

the staff was friendly and helpful! mehmet, a manager, provided really good support during a travel issue. aydın bey, efnan, ahmet dilan, and ömer were mentioned as being kind and respectful staff members. the staff loved their job!
