The hotel provides a convenient location. It takes only 10 minutes by taxi. I received a room upgrade when i checked in! The breakfast had many options. I also found the staff cute. The staff responded quickly to all my requests.

I attempted to order food from my room. The person on the phone immediately hung up. I tried calling back, but the lady at reception didn't seem very interested. I eventually ordered my meal and had it delivered.

The staff were mostly supportive and polite. Tatyana provided great service. Some members offer really good care and attention. The team always looked for ways to help.

the staff were helpful with early check-in and left sweets in my room, which i found acceptable.

I found the parking lot quite narrow, a real struggle to navigate with a larger vehicle. also, the minibar was a complete letdown. It was supposed to be stocked, but only had a couple of water bottles. there was a kettle, but no tea or coffee provided, so i had to make a run to migros (thankfully, it was close) to get my caffeine fix.

the breakfast had a big variety and fresh food..

I found the hotel to be too noisy. i could hear cars all night because of the thin glass windows. i also heard the sound of the television in other rooms. there was a strong paint smell in the room. It caused allergies and blocked my nose, preventing me from sleeping well.
