Excellent Stay at the Beachfront Hotel

My room was spacious and clean. I enjoyed the large balcony it had! The hotel offered direct access to the beach, a great convenience. The grounds were beautifully maintained with many flowers and green spaces.
The air conditioning in the room was not very effective! It struggled to keep the room cool during the hotter parts of the day, difficult to get comfortable at times.

The breakfast buffet provided an extensive selection of fresh fruits, pastries, and hot dishes. There was a live cooking station that prepared eggs to order. The restaurant offered both indoor and outdoor seating options with views of the garden.

i appreciated the spacious rooms and the beautiful pool area. things looked quite nice overall. the animation at the pool was good as was the organization. the staff provided fresh towels and helped with umbrellas. access to the beach was quick and nearby by the pool.
the check in process took a long time. it took around 30 minutes which is not good after a long travel. the front desk manager and the guest experience manager seemed rude.

the staff was friendly and professional. the team helped get beds and put up umbrellas. i found staff around the pool to be decent. housekeeping staff were helpful.

I had a superior room with a balcony. The sea view was visible from there. the breakfast buffet offered many choices. the spa offered good prices for treatments when compared to eu prices.
the receptionist did not apologize for denying our request to extend our stay.

The pool area features readily available towels. Staff members helped guests to set up sunbeds near the pool. I found that drinks arrived quickly from the bar by the pool. I noticed the animation team made an effort with activities.
I found a small stain on the hallway carpet .

The housekeeping staff was helpful in addressing requests. Beachclub staff was attentive, ensuring prompt service. The waiting staff at the Italian restaurant provided efficient service and attended to all requests during my meals.

The breakfast included good variety. The Turquoise restaurant served good meals. I enjoyed the food at the Italian restaurant. It tasted well prepared. There were many food options at the buffet.
