unstocked minibar faulty air conditioning
I was really annoyed by several things , The minibar was not restocked daily. It only had one bottle of water upon arrival. This is unacceptable given that standard all-inclusive packages usually include daily refills of soft drinks and water. Also the air conditioning in the room didn't work correctly. It was hot, even after reporting the problem twice. it. The noise from the road was awful, i couldn't sleep well.

dirty floors awful restaurant
The hotel boasted friendly staff and good food service, but i found some aspects disappointing. the room i had was quite basic. the tv didn't work, and the floors weren't clean. it took two days for these issues to be resolved. also the asian restaurant was awful. I could only visit it once .

helpful staff delicious food comfortable rooms great diversity
the food was delicious and offered great diversity. i particularly enjoyed the entertainment team and the activities they provided. the rooms were well kept and comfortable.
the gym had some equipment that was not working

the hotel staff was friendly and cute ensuring guests felt cared for throughout the stay the waiting staff was attentive and quick to address any needs arising from guests and the guest relations team provided guidance.

the hotel featured an indoor pool ideal for swimming and relaxation guests could also take advantage of the spa facilities which were well kept and clean plus, the hotel offered multiple outdoor pools.
