helpful staff convenient location safe area
i found the staff helpful . they provided accurate information about directions and were very attentive to my needs. the location is also very convenient, with close proximity to both metro and bus stations. i also felt secure walking around both during the day and at night.
the room was quite small, a bit difficult to move around comfortably.

friendly staff convenient location
The location was quite convenient to the Luxembourg train stop! It made getting around effortless. I found the staff helpful and they were friendly too.
My room did not have coffee facilities so I had to go downstairs to get a cup of drink.

Acceptable Stay Near Luxembourg Gardens

The staff were very helpful to me. I appreciated the location close to the Luxembourg Gardens. There are many restaurants and shops in walking distance.
The room I stayed in was quite small. There was not a kettle in the room for making tea. I could hear the metro running below the hotel.

amazing location and friendly staff!
great location helpful staff easy access excellent recommendations
i loved the location. it was close to the luxembourg gardens and the latin quarter. the staff were helpful. they answered all my questions with a smile. they also gave us great recommendations on things to see and do.
the rooms are a bit small. it wasn't a huge problem but something to consider.

it was okay, but some problems need fix
small room cramped bathroom
the hotel is located well. its close to things, that was acceptable.
the room felt really small, moving around in it wasnt easy. the bathroom was worse, it was super cramped. the shower door hit the toilet and water went everywhere, and no place for stuff in there. i really expected better.

the hotel is close to public transport. i found it easy to reach various parts of the city using the train. free storage for suitcases was available. the area felt safe at all times.
the hotel did not provide tea or coffee making facilities in the room. this was disappointing i think a kettle would have been useful. i also noticed some noise from neighboring rooms.
