The receptionist mustafa gave a warm welcome! i found that quite nice. the location is near malls, i noticed. the staff's attitude was positive. They were very helpful and polite, especially faisal and wafaa from reception, which helped a lot! breakfast was very good too.
The phone calls were rarely answered. I experienced that.

The reception staff was helpful and professional, a lady helped me. saud at the reception also showed professionalism in handling requests, i observed. His behavior was commendable.

the hotel offers a ladies-only pool, available between 2 pm and 10 pm. housekeeping maintained cleanliness and order, i could see. the location provides easy access to restaurants, a convenience.

the breakfast had diverse options and a lot of variety. the food tasted very good, i noticed. the hotel provided a to-go breakfast service for early departures, a service that came in handy.

i found the front office staff cute especially one named saud he spoke great english he assisted me well. the breakfast included many vegetarian options also some indian dishes. the location is near the train station and some malls and restaurants
the lighting in the bedroom was very dim and this caused slight discomfort
