superb experience!
clean hotelamazing staffconvenient locationchallenging access
the hotel was super clean. the staff were amazing. we stayed near the holy mosque and it was conveniently located. i noticed a lady staff member gave us 30sar so we could pay for a taxi. uber drivers weren't accepting our trip and we had to catch our train.
i found it challenging for access to the holy mosque. many taxis refused to take us to the hotel because of the road closure.

the staff displayed really good helpfulness during prayer times. their proficient english communication helped me navigate the area effortlessly. i felt very supported by their service throughout my stay there.

a shuttle bus service was available around prayer times. i used the laundry service. the hotel also features an ecosystem air-conditioning, which ensured comfortable temperatures in the rooms.

breakfast was good with sufficient variety. i saw a complete menu of starters, main courses, and desserts. this diverse offering left me satisfied with dining options.

the hotel is on the main road. i timed my walk and it took me around 10 minutes to get to the mosque. the surroundings felt secure at all times.

The rooms were spacious and very clean. The bathroom was also spacious, clean and well maintained. Check-in and checkout were smooth and quick.
I had to walk to the hotel from a distance. All the roads coming to this hotel were closed due to the ongoing Haram expansion work. Taxi access was not possible.
