adequate stay, some minor issues
central location various option working air conditioning dirty shower inattentive staff no coffee
the location feels very CENTRAL. i like that restaurants and supermarkets are nearby. the breakfast had various options. i found the air conditioning worked just fine.
the shower wasn't cleaned well. i noticed hair on the floor. the staff wasn't always attentive. IT was hard to get coffee.

prime location easy access rooftop pool
the hotel has a prime location near the city center. access to transportation was very easy. the hotel staff ensured i could easily control the temperature in my room. i also enjoyed the rooftop pool.
the hotel lacked private parking, inconvenient.

the room was spacious and tidy. it was well furnished, i had a great time in it.
the pool felt small considering the hotel's size. i noticed only a few spots were available to sit down near the pool.

lovely visit in a perfect location
great spot rooftop terrace substantial snacks
the hotel is in a great spot and felt really secure. i appreciated the in-house restaurant (it saved me time) and the rooftop terrace bar offered lovely views. it was great to have substantial snacks while enjoying the sunshine on the rooftop, it was relaxing watching the city below (i had a pleasant experience).
during breakfast, getting coffee was not easy. the staff seemed a bit inattentive so i had to ask directly.

the hotel is opposite the arab league park and near quality restaurant options. many shops and restaurants are also nearby. this makes it easy to explore and dine. the hassan ii mosque is within walking distance.

the hotel provides a good restaurant off the lobby and a rooftop restaurant. the rooftop restaurant offers a nice cool breeze and wonderful city views. the breakfast had excellent variety and quality. i enjoyed dinner at the hotel's restaurant.
