The breakfast had gluten free and dairy free options. The food labels clearly showed allergens at the restaurant. I ate there three times and the food always tasted great. It featured fine ingredients and presentation.

The spa was closed indefinitely and I received no prior warning. I learned later that the fault was already known, and should have been scheduled properly. I was disappointed because I booked the place mainly because of the spa. Though the staff were good.

The hotel staff are always ready to meet your requirements. i found them client-friendly and kind. the restaurant staff was GREAT. The receptionists were good. everyone was flexible. mrs marina becheva provided really good service for 15 years.

the air conditioning system in my room was not GREAT. i expected a cooler room, but the temperature remained slightly warm. it wasn't a MAJOR issue but definitely noticeable.

Breakfast offered many tasty and plentiful choices. there was a good choice, a welcome venue. i was particularly pleased with the restaurant's good waiter service. Staff were always attentive. It was really GREAT.

The spa area is wonderful. It has everything needed to. the hotel rooms are spacious, which i appreciate. soft beds ensured a restful sleep and the TV channel selection was good.
