Good location and excellent service

This location had excellent access to nearby attractions. Many restaurants were within easy walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful at all times. Breakfast provided many options. I noticed it seemed like a full restaurant.
I found that the shower temperature fluctuated a bit. It made controlling the water temperature difficult.

My room included a king bed that felt comfortable. The room has a big-sized TV screen. Courtesy water was supplied daily. The room was stylish with a hip design.

The staff secured transfers to the airport for me. Staff members were helpful, they provided information about the area. I respected they spoke Spanish with me. The staff are generally professional and courteous.

The hotel had a terrace. There was a lounge area in the lobby. The hotel design felt very pleasant. The decor was very nice.

The hotel is steps away from great restaurants. A large supermarket is one block away. Miraflores Malecón is a thousand meters away. It seemed like a perfect central location.

The gym was closed, this was not communicated before arrival. It was disappointing because i chose this hotel because it had a gym.
