Key Offerings
Famed for its delicious fried chicken and refreshing highball, offering a taste of regional food culture.
I really liked the friendly staffs, they were always ready to help. The hotel is near Marutamachi station, is just around the corner. It made getting around very simple. I also enjoyed the tasty breakfast served daily. It wasn't a buffet.
The water access is only available in one place on the first floor. I think water should be available at all floors.
Rooms

My room included a mini fridge and kettle, these were useful. The bathroom was spacious with a separate toilet stall. The windows let in plenty of light, so it was a very luminous room.

I found the guest lounge to be a great facility. The lobby had a beautiful atmosphere and nice plants. They even offer herb water with ice, this was very refreshing after a day walking.
Location

The hotel's location is convenient. The train station is close and eateries are within walking distance. I also appreciate that convenience stores are nearby, this is important for travellers.

Underwhelming stay, odd breakfast
bland eggplantrandom tables
The breakfast was strange. You must choose either a Western or Japanese meal. The options never change. The sweet potato seemed raw. The rice ball had cheese. I cancelled breakfast on the last day. No refund was possible. The zen room felt dead. It lacked atmosphere. The rooftop closed early. It only had random tables.

quiet hotellovely streets
The train station was just around the corner. A Seven Eleven store and other convenience shops were also very close. The neighborhood streets running parallel to the main road were lovely to walk (a great experience!). The hotel provided a quiet space after a long day.
There was no complimentary coffee available at the hotel.
