Our room included a washer and dryer. It was convenient. the location offered easy access to shops and restaurants nearby. the staff was friendly and maintained clean rooms.
the walls seemed a little thin, i could hear some noise from neighbors in the morning.

The location was very convenient. It was only a short walk to the centre. the staff were also very friendly. i found parking on site for my rental. the hotel has amazing views. I liked this very much.
The lady at checkout wasn't particularly friendly. She didn't smile or ask about my experience.

my room included a very comfortable bed, perfect for restful nights. the size of the room was great. the room was also kept very clean .

the location was central and provided easy access to nearby shops.
the noise from adjacent rooms was excessive i could clearly hear conversations and doors slamming at all hours this made it hard to relax and sleep well the lack of soundproofing is unacceptable for a hotel of this supposed standard the breakfast experience was particularly disappointing food was cold and the service was uncaring and slow the kitchen staff seemed disinterested in addressing the issues i reported.

I liked that the room had a full kitchen and a washer and dryer. It was a HUGE surprise. The bed was very comfortable and i slept well. The attached restaurant had excellent pizza. I enjoyed it.
There were NO towels upon check in. It took two hours to get them. I arrived wet after a week in the mountains and needed a shower. The staff was dismissive and rude, especially the manager, and the service was bad :(

The location was good. It allowed easy access to the city center.
The room was much smaller than expected. It felt cramped. the bathroom was oddly designed and the shower door hit the toilet.
