a charming escape with amazing vistas
lake viewsspacious roomconvenient proximitydreamy spot
the studio offered lovely lake views and a perfect launchpad for exploring milford sound. the room was spacious and everything felt so fresh. proximity to the main street was really convenient and walking along the lakefront became a nightly ritual. it was a dreamy spot.
soundproofing could be improved, as hallway noise was noticeable at times, yet it did not drastically detract from my visit.

the kitchen had all necessities, offering conveniences like a microwave, oven and stove, this allowed for meal preparations. a spacious laundry area, with several large washers and dryers, was also a plus, facilitating convenient laundry services.

unhelpful staffsmall rooms
I found the front desk staff somewhat unhelpful (this was a surprise). They did not seem knowledgeable about local activities. the private rooms felt quite small, almost cramped. The rooms are like tiny 8x8 spaces in mixed dormitories.
