the spa facilities were a highlight, and i enjoyed the massage i had..
the room i was in lacked sufficient lighting, especially in the bathroom. it was difficult for me to do my makeup. also, the gas fire pilot light stayed on continuously, it seemed wasteful of energy.

Excellent Stay with Nice Service

warm servicecomfortable bedroomquiet environmentwater taxi
The staff provided service with warm smiles and genuine care.. they ensured our needs were met and we enjoyed our stay. I found the bedroom and bathroom facilities spacious and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable, which allowed a good sleep in a quiet environment. I liked the water taxi because it offered convenient transportation to the city center.
I noticed some areas seemed a bit dated, and some minor maintenance in corridors. I felt a deeper clean or upgrade would enhance the overall appeal.

The hotel offers convenient access to walking trails close by, giving guests opportunities for outdoor activities. The availability of a water taxi service also allows efficient travel to nearby areas. I also noted the hotel is near to the lakeside bar.
