The staff provided friendly assistance 24 hours a day. The doorman was both professional and friendly. The valet service provided excellent car retrieval. Happy hour discounts were available and a welcome addition.

The staff was always ready to help, which I appreciated a lot. just takes a moment to get the hang of it. The location felt convenient. Everything I wanted to see was a short walk away.
Drinking water was overpriced. I found that the conditions were a little off of the imagination.

street noise
one of them was even out of service. the room i got was way too small. It felt cramped with luggage. also, the walls are thin, and i could hear noise from the street all night. this made it hard to get a decent night's sleep.
