The staff was very helpful and accommodating (they even lent us pool towels for our beach day trip). The mineral water dispenser was available inside the room and in the lobby, a feature I particularly appreciated. The pool was clean and inviting.

The gym equipment could use an update.

the staff was sweet. the bed was so comfortable. I found it difficult to leave each morning. i enjoyed breakfast, lunch, and dinner right at the hotel. the location was superb, with everything within walking distance.

the pool tile grout needs a good clean.

the hotel features a pool surrounded by lush vegetation. i found the gardens very beautiful. a free shuttle bus provides transportation to the city center area.

The location is really good in the area. I found the accessibility to many places very convenient. I also liked that the gym had useful amenities (I appreciated the availability of a washing machine and a dryer).

I noticed the pool area looked messy. There were things lying around that could be better organized or stored.

i enjoyed the lovely swimming pool and the washing machine in my room was a bonus. The staff were very friendly and helpful . The hotel's location was also convenient with many restaurants and coffee shops nearby.

the location is good, with spas and restaurants nearby and the beach within walking distance.

I found the room dated and in need of improvement. It was nothing like the communal hotel areas. the towels were worn with holes, and the bedding felt old and thin. there was also a smell (i assume from the drains) in the bathroom, which the hotel seemed aware of since car air fresheners were hanging under the sink.
