i found the staff genuinely hospitable and always eager to assist. the grounds were perfect, with well kept amenities. hotel transportation to and from the airport was timely and efficient. the provided tours were reasonably priced and comprehensive.

the breakfast options were not buffet style, instead a la carte.

The scenery met my expectations as I loved all the flowers around the resort.

The front office staff seemed unhelpful. I also noted many trainees unable to understand English. This made repeating myself a bit frustrating. The housekeeping did not clean the room properly.
