wonderful room classy restaurant helpful staff shuttle service small portion undrinkable juice
the rooms were wonderful particularly the ones on the lower floor the restaurant has a classy feel to it i found the staff very kind and helpful there was also bike rental available just 50 meters from the resort
i found no shuttle service available although you can arrange pickup in the area for a fee the pool area was acceptable but not particularly inviting i thought the breakfast was a letdown considering the price portions were small and some fruit juices were not drinkable

Fantastic Villa Getaway
private plunge pool outdoor bath rice field views
The rooms are really really good. The private plunge pool, outdoor bath and seating areas provided an excellent place for relaxation to me and afforded amazing jungle and rice field views. The standard of furniture felt high. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere. It achieves the balance of ambiance without excess noise.
I think they could do something about the insects on the terrace, but it is normal in the forest.

The villas provide infinity pools and nice facilities. The location is perfect for a relaxation retreat as everything is in house so I did not have to leave for my wellness trip. The spa facilities were great.

Breakfast is perfect to me. The restaurant where I had breakfast was lovely, with a great variety of food, and the service felt excellent. The restaurant is perched on top of a tree house like facility with Coy fish.
Rooms

Rooms are clean. The private plunge pool offers scenic views of the jungle. Mosquito repellents are provided in the rooms and actions are taken to prevent them throughout the resort area, so I felt safe and saw no mosquitoes.

The location is excellent and close to many attractions. The hotel is just a short drive to the city center and even closer to giant swings and terrace walks. The beautiful forest is incorporated in the design and provides you with privacy.

a peaceful and attentive retreat
helpful staff friendly staff relaxing plan
i found the staff helpful and friendly they were very attentive to details each day. i liked that my plan was to relax for a couple of days and not leave the hotel. the hotel vicinity is fine with a few shops.
the villa pool has a pretty significant depth it's something parents with young children should consider.

our waiter made was fabulous he taught us some balinese sayings and was very attentive making sure our night was beautiful.

our villa felt spacious and luxurious with scenic views of the jungle. the plunge pool in our villa offered scenic views of the jungle it was spotlessly cleaned each day. it was amazing to wake up each morning to the sounds of the birds.

breakfast gave you a good choice of options and they do a nice cappuccino too. our romantic dinner was amazing i cannot rate this highly enough. the food tasted like it had been made by a high end chef it was delicious.

the hotel was just a short ten minute drive to central ubud and closer to terrace walks. it is also conveniently near giant swings and other activities at tegalalang rice terrace. the hotel offers bike riding and other activities

amazing villa stay!
attentive staff rainforest view relaxing sounds
the staff was super attentive to all requests. our valley view personal plunge pool villa benefit overlooked the rainforest. the sounds of nature from the balcony were relaxing. the hot stone tub in the villa was a lovely experience.
there was no shuttle service included, but transportation could be arranged to the central area for a fee (something to keep in mind).

the meals at the restaurant were delicious with an amazing variety, and the attentive staff ensured a great dining experience (i especially loved the local dishes). i requested room service and it was good.

the resort offered many great facilities including an elevator for lower villas, quite convenient. i. the main pool area looked relaxing.

the location offers a peaceful setting surrounded by nature. it's a short taxi ride to the town center (about 20 minutes), allowing easy access to attractions. the view from the villa made the location even better.
