I found the staff very kind. They were pretty good too ensure all guests felt welcome. Our room offered a fantastic wrap-around balcony with great views of Manhattan and Queens. I appreciated easy valet parking and the convenience it provided . The hotel was also a great venue, accommodating a wedding ceremony, reception, and after-party without any issues.
The shower's water pressure was weaker than I prefer.

The room was clean and a nice size with a good layout. my room included a balcony. I appreciated this amenity. staff was friendly, and check-in and check-out were efficient and smooth. i found the lobby personnel to be professional and courteous.
the window to the balcony did not silence the traffic noise.

the lobby personnel was professional and courteous. the hotel is modern with superb decor. my superior king balcony room had a well-furnished balcony facing the bridge and city skyline. (i really enjoyed this view).
the wi-fi signal was a little weak at times.
