Stuart is amazing! he knows everything about the area. Places to visit and where to grab a bite. the breakfast choices were included and everything tasted delicious! i recommend it. i'll never forget the experience!
the room wasn't as big as i thought it would be, a little cramped, to be honest.

Stuart is helpful and personable. He offers useful suggestions for excursions. he booked reservations for us and he always asked where i was going for a walk. that's what i call great!

the superior double room had a comfy bed and nice, big space. the room had a nice decor with comfortable bedding. the toiletries in the bathroom are lovely! i enjoyed the little touch they added.

the location is just outside the center of the town. it is close to the wallace monument, worth visiting! a bus stop across the road offers easy access into town.

the breakfast in the dining room is delicious and abundant, and there is a lot of choice! the parking is free and located in front of the house! i felt safe.

I loved that stuart provided clear instructions for our late arrival. I appreciated the room door being open with lights and heating on. the room had unbelievable attention to detail with toiletries and tunnocks teacakes. breakfast was pre-ordered using locally produced ingredients and homemade bread.
the room was a little smaller than i anticipated, it would have been great to have more space for luggage.

The superior double room provided a comfortable and inviting space. It featured thoughtful touches, such as quality toiletries, and soft linens. the room was also very quiet, which i found perfect for restful sleep. there was also a powerful shower.

Stuart was a great host. He gave fabulous recommendations for places to eat. The room was clean. The breakfast choices were delicious!!!
The room was much smaller than I expected. I wished there had been more space for luggage. The lighting in the bathroom wasn't great for makeup. The soundproofing could have been better.

I expected more space in the room. the 'superior double room' felt quite cramped for two people. also, i wasn't thrilled with the limited parking. Securing a spot proved a challenge on one evening after returning from dinner. it would have been better if there was more parking space,
