i did not appreciate the lack of attention to detail in the "pet friendly gold 3 bed caravan". the carpets had several stains. the promised welcome basket did not appear , either.

The restaurant provided delicious meals and the convenience of papa johns was a plus. the on-site pool allowed for recreation, a valuable amenity. i found a welcome pack upon arrival. It contained essential items to use before a trip to the shops. the beds and settee were comfortable. Sufficient storage helped to maintain order in the space.
the lodge required updates as there was mold visible in the bathroom. some flooring was also lifting up. i saw ants in the kitchen on the second night of my stay.

the caravan was super clean. the pool facilities are great and the evening entertainment was perfect for the kids. the layout. a welcome pack provided necessities until i could get to the shops.

The caravan was really clean, I saw it. The furniture looked new, very good quality too. It had a complete kitchen, I could prepare meals easy. Staff was respectful, they understood my needs.
I did not get any reply from my email regarding the pictures I sent.

The restaurant and Papa John's on site provided great options. Our caravan included all the extra amenities. We had a wonderful time. The swimming facilities were also EXCELLENT. I had so much fun swimming.
I found the lodge itself could use an upgrade. There was mold in the bathroom, and the flooring was lifting up. I also saw ants in the kitchen on the second night.
