the hotel was super clean and very well kept. it is close to public transport options and several restaurants. every staff member was ready to assist with a smile. i will certainly choose this place again.
The room i had could use a bit more lighting, especially near the desk. it made working in the evenings a little difficult. A small lamp would solve it.

the breakfast area features a selection of pastries, cereals, and fruit. i noticed the coffee machine offered several options, including cappuccino and latte. breakfast is served between 7:00 am and 10:00 am daily.

I appreciated the location. It was a short walk from bayswater station. the cleanliness was really noticeable (a welcome surprise!). the bed was comfortable. I slept soundly each night.
the elevator was a bit slow sometimes. (i know, a minor detail!)

There were no eggs or bacon at breakfast. bacon was replaced by artificial lard. The sausages were chicken and tasteless, and the ham slices were also artificial. it was very disappointing though.
