Excellent Stay near Kew Gardens

The room offered good tea and coffee in a kitchenette. I bought bakery products available on site and heated some up for breakfast. The room was well located for access to Kew Gardens. Good restaurants are nearby and Richmond is accessible by the 65 bus (easy access).
I found the carpets throughout to be quite worn. This created a sense of unease regarding the hotel's overall cleanliness. The sink in my bathroom did not drain properly (this was a bit annoying).

I liked the location across from the bus stop! it made getting around easy. my room had an eating area i found useful, it was nice. i also really liked that the team members were friendly and helpful. Aisa and laura were great.
the carpets seemed worn throughout. this gave me some unease regarding cleanliness, i must admit. the sink in my bathroom didn't drain properly this was also concerning. i found it quite loud all night with road and early morning air traffic, sleep wasn't great.

some issues in room and breakfast times

i FOUND the breakfast times restrictive, it was not available until 10 AM. This timing made it difficult since i needed to leave earlier each day. The lack of an elevator also posed a problem because the stairs were quite narrow and challenging to navigate with luggage. It was A little inconvenient.

the carpets had a worn appearance, made me question the overall cleanliness. the sink in the bathroom drained slowly. this was a concern. i did not get a cute feeling since the separate entrance was used outside of service hours.

a mixed experience.
traffic soundslimited options
the noise was more than i expected. traffic sounds persisted throughout the night and made sleep difficult. i also thought the breakfast options were limited, they did'nt have what i expected.
