the location worked well. it provided easy access to where i needed to be.
the bathroom situation was a problem. it was small, and the hot water ran out quickly, especially after long days of sightseeing. this made showering very inconvenient.

the room was larger than expected it provided plenty of space for our group. the location was fantastic with numerous shops and restaurants just steps away.
the toilet and the bedroom were in separate rooms this required walking on a public corridor. there was no elevator accessing higher floors was difficult especially with luggage.

The room size was good. The beds felt comfy and pillows were nice and bedding was suitable. I also found tea and coffee facilities, along with a bigger bottle of water. The underground station close to the hotel really helped me get around.
The description of the room was misleading. The bathroom was not inside the room, rather down the hall. I could not lock it from the outside. I worried about others using it when I wasn't there.

The hotel is near Green park, St James park, and Hyde park. They are only about 5-10 minutes by walk. a subway station is nearby for easy access to other areas of the city.

The room was larger than expected. It accommodated my whole family. There were enough towels provided for everyone. Although the bathroom was separate, it was a short distance across the landing.

The access was easy. It did not involve any stress about keys. There are many great food and coffee options close by. It had easy access to everything i wished to see or do.

I found the staff responsive . I was able to check in early and leave my bags after checkout. The location is great. It provides good value for the money.
I did not have a REALLY good experience. The ironing board was stained. The iron was not really usable.
