The room included tea and coffee making facilities. The location was convenient. It allowed easy access to nearby attractions. I appreciated the strong Wi-Fi signal throughout my stay. It supported my connectivity needs. The staff was friendly and upgraded our room at no extra cost to a room with a bunk bed. My son was very excited.
The bar closed relatively early at 9pm. It limited options for an evening drink at the hotel after a day out.

Staff members provided prompt help when needed. Their customer service was excellent. A lovely man covered management duties. He was very helpful and polite .

The bar area featured a pool table. My son enjoyed it. The room was clean. the bed WAS comfy. The outside area had a nice seating arrangement at the front.

hot showercomfy beds
the staff were friendly and helpful they upgraded us to a bunk bed room my son was very excited the shower had hot water the room offered plenty of space for us. tea and coffee were available in the room the beds were very comfy after a long day
the wifi signal inside the room was quite weak it made using the internet a bit challenging

the location is very good, near attractions like the tower and winter gardens. it's a short walk to everything... maybe ten minutes. the hotel had everything i needed for a simple weekend.
