weak coffee excessive fee
the shower was great and the room had nice glasses
The breakfast proved disappointing. The coffee was weak. i also felt hurried to check out by 11 am. a room service tray fee seemed excessive since my room was close to the restaurant.

Really good stay!
efficient reception modern room dinner menu
the reception was very efficient when i arrived. my room was very modern. the staff assisted me with my luggage and showed me all the features of my room. i also booked a table for dinner and i found the menu excellent.
i found the room service tray charge a bit unexpected.

the hotel provided a convenient parking pass for a nearby car park. this was very useful because i was travelling by car. it made accessing the hotel easier and removed any parking worries.

my beautiful king room had modern technology. the bed features very comfortable bedding for a good sleep. slippers and sleep spray are thoughtful additions for a relaxed stay. there were jelly beans TOO.

This hotel is just amazing! the rooms have such fun decor and are a good size. i really loved the nice little touches. Like the nespresso machine. the food in the restaurant was some of the best i had in england!

the staff ensured we could access our room even when we arrived late. they performed a deep cleaning of my room, addressing potential allergies. i found parking convenient with the provided permit for the car park behind the building. the room decor felt fun and fresh..
the breakfast seemed a bit overpriced for what was offered, and the coffee wasn't as strong as i prefer.
