The breakfast included fresh coffee and orange juice. Facilities seemed neatly kept. I booked a double room. It was very spacious. Free parking was available onsite.

small roomdisruptive noise
the room i had was smaller than i expected. also, the noise from nearby activity was quite disruptive (particularly early in the morning). it definitely impacted my sleep.

The room included a soft double bed and a modern super clean bathroom. The breakfast was lovely and I found the location handy for walks. I loved the kindness of the host. She was really lovely to my wife, so this hotel get my best recommendation.
I noted I couldn't eat in the room, so I was a little annoyed when I used a fork from the table and the host said something.

The family room includes a double bed in one room and two single beds in the other. A comfy sofa and TV are also available, also a nice hospitality tray, so you have everything you need. The modern bathroom is super clean.

The train station is only a short walk away. You can walk to several restaurants from the hotel. It is easy to get in and out of town by car. Free parking is available for all guests.

thin wallsold mattress
the walls seemed very thin i could hear a lot of noise from other rooms. the mattress was old it wasn't very comfortable. i struggled to sleep well the bed really needs replacing. also there weren't enough pillows in the room and the heating was difficult to control. the room was either too hot or too cold making it hard to regulate the temperature

the location proved convenient for accessing the passenger ferry it was a short walk of only two minutes. i found the breakfast quite lovely they accommodated my specific dietary needs without hesitation. the staff demonstrated amazing communication skills when i had questions i always received prompt and helpful responses.
the room i had booked was on the top floor reaching it required climbing several flights of stairs. i think guests with mobility issues might find this challenging a lift would greatly improve accessibility.

the hotel is situated a two-minute walk from the passenger ferry this provides very quick access. i noted its closeness to various local restaurants and the rail link to belfast is a great advantage. the ferry port for crossings to scotland is very near.

the staff was very friendly and accommodating they were quick to address my questions. they accommodated my dietary requests for breakfast with ease i was very pleased. the service felt warm and personal adding to the positive atmosphere.

the accommodation was near the ferry terminal. this made catching my early morning ferry easy. the breakfast was also good. it had a decent selection of items.
the room lacked proper soundproofing. i could clearly hear noise from outside. the bed wasn't very comfortable. the mattress felt old and worn.
